This page explains, in plain words, what information MissBonnieCooks.com collects and what we do with it. The website is run by Miss Bonnie Cooks. Questions? Email [email protected].
What we collect
- Your email address – only if you type it into the free recipe card form.
- Which video sent you – a short code (like "01") from the link you clicked, so we send you the right recipe cards.
- Anything you write to us – if you email us, we get your email address and your message.
We do not ask for your name, address, phone number, or payment details on this website. Please do not email us card numbers or private health information.
Why we use it
- To send you the free recipe cards you asked for.
- To send you Miss Bonnie's emails: new recipe cards, kitchen tips, and now and then news about her cookbook or other products.
- To answer your questions.
We use your email address because you asked for the cards and agreed to get our emails (your consent). You can take that back any time.
Who helps us
- Sender.net stores our email list and sends our emails. It may record whether an email was opened or a link was clicked, so we know which recipes people like.
- Cloudflare hosts this website and our email address. Like every web host, it handles technical details such as your IP address to deliver the pages and keep the site safe.
These companies may store information in the United States, the European Union, or other countries. We do not sell, rent, or trade your information to anyone, and we do not share it for advertising.
Cookies and your browser
This website does not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or analytics tools. It keeps two tiny notes in your own browser: that you have already signed up, and which video sent you, so we don't ask for your email twice. They never leave your device, and clearing your browser removes them.
How long we keep it
We keep your email address while you are on our list. When you unsubscribe, we stop sending you emails right away and delete your address when we tidy the list, except where we must keep a record of the unsubscribe so you are never emailed again.
Your choices
- Stop the emails: click "unsubscribe" at the bottom of any email. It takes one click.
- See, fix, or delete your information: email [email protected] and we will do it within 30 days.
- Depending on where you live (for example California, Virginia, the European Union or the United Kingdom), you may have extra rights, such as getting a copy of your data, limiting how it is used, or complaining to your local data protection authority. We honor these requests for everyone, wherever they live.
- We do not respond to "Do Not Track" signals in a special way, because we do not track you across other websites.
Children
This website is made for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13 (under 16 in the European Union). If you think a child has signed up, email us and we will delete it.
Changes
If we change this page, we will update the date at the top. Big changes will also be announced by email.
Just enough for you, and a little for tomorrow.
